Growing Common Ground...come see what we've got going on!
Farm Fest at Common Ground is a FREE community event held on-farm at KC Farm School’s 14.5-acre urban production and education farm in KCK.
Farm Fest unites our wonderful Kansas City community by offering opportunities to get hands-on and learn about local food, community resources, our environment and ways to mobilize for community action.
From the new community garden to our updated bike maze, friendly farmers market vendors to hands-on education booths, FREE FOOD, farm tours, FREE KIDS ACTIVITIES, fire trucks, book mobile, LIVE MUSIC, puppets, and of course,...so much more.
Join us on September 20, 2-6 pm and experience how we are growing common ground.
Each year, over 60 people volunteer their time to make Farm Fest happen and we couldn’t do it without volunteer support. Click here to learn about volunteer opportunities before and during Farm Fest.
